South Sudanese activists concern over delays in the swearing-in of new MPs

South Sudanese activists raise concerns over delays in the swearing-in of new Members of Parliament; the Prime Minister of Sudan appoints three military governors in West Darfur, Northern Darfur and Blue Nile states; and Yei County residents plant tress to combat the negative effects of logging on the environment.
